TCU Football has returned to national prominence. With Top 25 finishes in seven of the past nine seasons and bowl appearances in 10 of the last 11, the Frogs can be counted on to be among the country’s best year in and year out.

Our Challenge

Ticket demand has increased to the point that TCU must have
a fair way to handle Frog Fans’ growing interest.

  • Who will get access to tickets for high-demand road football games?
  • Who gets the best seats at the next bowl game?
  • How many tickets can fans buy?
  • How will tickets be distributed?


There has to be a system for who sits where. Now there is.

The Solution


Approved by the Athletics Committee of the Board of Trustees and the Frog Club Board of Directors effective June 1, 2006, Horned Frog Priority Points provide a fair and objective means to distribute premium tickets to donors and season ticket holders.

Modeled after similar systems at Baylor, Wake Forest, Northwestern, Miami (Fla.), Louisville and Alabama, all donors and season ticket holders will be assigned points based on several criteria, including annual Frog Club contributions, capital project gifts, cumulative athletic giving and season ticket loyalty.

The system helps you and TCU by:
• Creating a fair, incentive-based system for all donors and season ticket holders
• Rewarding your investment in TCU Athletics, which in turn directly supports the operation of major Division I men’s and women’s programs

NEW feature this year for Frog Club donors
Review your Horned Frog Priority Points and Rank online!

Points are calculated for Fiscal Year 2009 (June 2008-May 2009).

The Frog Club Office mailed out a Priority Points System mailer to all of its donors. The mailer provided you with an account # and pin. Please use the information provided by the mailer. Please follow the instructions below.

Go to the TCU Athletics website at www.GoFrogs.com and click to the home page

First Time Users:
1. Find “Frog Club” header
2. Select “Priority Points and Rank Review”
3. Select “Activate Your Account”
4. Input account number and PIN located on your Priority Points mailer
5. Follow on-screen directions to update your account e-mail and address info
6. Review your Priority Points for each category and final rank

Returning Users:
1. Find the "Frog Club" header
2. Select "Priority Points and Rank Review"
3. Input account number above and password previously created
4. Review your Priority Points for each category and final rank


Please keep your account number and password for future reference to insure easy and time saving priority access to the following:
1. Review points
2. Renew season tickets
3. Purchasing high demand games (i.e. bowl games, NCAA tournaments)

Please remember that ALL away games and post-season ticket allocations are based on the Horned Frog Priority Points System.

Be sure to always use your account number and password when ordering online to insure tickets are in the correct account with the priority you have earned.

The Details


Donors and season ticket holders will accumulate individual point totals based on the following criteria:

1 point -per year of membership
Cumulative Frog Club Membership (calculated from June 1, 1986 to present)

1 point -per $100 given per year
Frog Club Annual Giving (points awarded for gifts made during that fiscal year only.
beginning June 1, 2008)

2 points -per $100 given per year
Capital Project/Scholarship Endowment (points awarded for gifts made during that fiscal year only, beginning June 1, 2008)

1 point - per $100 given per year
Cumulative Athletic Giving (June 1, 1999-May 31, 2009)
(Becomes a rolling 10-year computation as each fiscal year ends)

20 points - Maximum
Purple and White Points (2 points per season in which football season tickets were purchased.
This is a one-time calculation based on purchases made from 1996 - 2005.)

1 point - per season ticket purchased
Cumulative Season Ticket Commitment (Football, Men and Women’s basketball and baseball)
(Calculated from Fall 2006 forward)

2 points - per consecutive season
Season Ticket Loyalty Points (Calculated from Fall 2007 forward)
(Points issued each consecutive season in which season tickets are purchased for football, men’s and women’s basketball or baseball.)

10 points
Letterman (A verified TCU letterwinner who is a current member of both the Lettermen’s Association AND Frog Club)
